Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive from The Mossy Cauldron.

Returns: You may return most unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at Themossycauldron222@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Items we can't accept for return: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used candles, oils, herbs, incense, and bath or body products are final sale.

Damaged or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
